Commissioning checklist
- Hub powered;
P LED flashing green (bus alive).
- Door station and monitor on one subnet, with unique, static IPs.
- Door station gateway and DNS valid; cloud status Online.
- SIP: door station is the server; monitor is a client pointed at it.
- Monitor door-station list: GATE entry = the door station IP, and no entry pointing at the monitor itself.
- Door PIN set on the door station (Public Password).
- Cards and fobs issued, each one tested.
- DMSS installed, account created, door station added, notifications on.
Acceptance tests (all must pass)
- Gate button rings the indoor monitor, shows the camera, two-way audio works.
- Gate button rings the phone; answer and unlock work.
- Unlock from the indoor monitor.
- Unlock from the phone app.
- The keypad code opens the gate.
- Every fob opens the gate.
- The electric strike releases from all of the above.
Handover pack (record and leave with the client)
- Door station IP, monitor IP, and which hub port is the uplink.
- The door station admin password, and the DMSS account email and password — this account owns the door.
- The door PIN, and which fob belongs to whom.
- The one-page resident quick-start: three taps to answer the gate.
- A short note of the system layout, so a future technician isn't starting cold.
